Design Segment
- Product Modeling: 3D modeling using CAD and other software is used to accurately shape the appearance and internal structure of the injector, details such as the injection chamber, pipe connections, etc. must be finely detailed in order to lay the groundwork for the subsequent segments.
- Gate design: It is crucial to determine the location of the gate, which is the entrance for the plastic melt to be injected into the mold cavity. Reasonable location of the gate can make the plastic fill evenly, avoid bubbles, fusion marks and other defects, to protect the quality of the water jet molding.
- Parting line planning: The parting line determines the way to open and close the mold and the way to release the product from the mold. It is necessary to consider the shape of the product, dimensional accuracy and other factors to ensure the smooth opening and closing of the mold, so that the sprinkler can be easily demolded, reducing secondary processing.
Analysis and Simulation
Use mold flow analysis software to simulate the flow and cooling process of plastic in the mold. By analyzing the color cloud diagrams of pressure, temperature, filling time and other parameters, we can detect potential problems in advance, such as short shot, warpage, etc., and then optimize the mold design and injection process parameters to improve the production success rate.

- Material Selection: Usually choose high strength, high hardness and wear-resistant mold steel to ensure that the mold maintains its precision and surface quality during repeated injection molding process.
