Design and production process
- Design: according to the nozzle specifications, shapes, spray angles and flow requirements of different car models. Using CAD/CAM/CAE technology, accurately design the windshield washer adaptor mold cavities, cores, mold release mechanism, etc., while considering the mold's machining processability, assembly accuracy and service life.
- Production: Adopt high quality mold steel material, after forging, heat treatment and other processes to improve the strength, hardness and wear resistance of the material. Then CNC machining centers are used for precision machining to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the windshield washer adaptor mold. After processing is completed, the assembly and debugging of the windshield washer adaptor mold is carried out, and each part of the mold is strictly tested and adjusted to ensure smooth opening and closing action of the mold, smooth demolding, as well as the precision and quality of the nozzle after molding.
